Tomato, Cucumber, & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 9 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 tsp Salt 0.1 tsp Pepper, black 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 4 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Directions
Put all vegetables in a bowl. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt, & pepper. Pour over salad & serve.
