Garlic and olive oil basic sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/2 tsp Basil S & P to taste
Directions
In a small saucepan heat oil slightly, add garlic. Saute garlic until it is lightly browned. Add basil, if desired. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Combine pasta (your choice) and garlic, Salt & Pepper to taste. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
