Stir fry ground beef, broccoli and rice

1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw16.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 tbsp Soy Sauce9.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar3.0 cup White Rice, medium grain2.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz4.0 serving djon2.0 serving sriracha
Directions
Cook beef. Add onions cook until soft. Add 4 tbs sauce. Cook 1 minute. Add broccoli in middle add remaning sauce cook until bright green and slightly tender serve over rice. Serving Size: Makes 4 serving
