Peppers, Zucchini, leek stew

Ingredients
1 leek Leeks, (bulb and lower leaf-portion), cooked, boiled, drained, with salt 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Garlic 1 dash Salt 1 1tsp Sunflower Oil 1 cup, sliced Zucchini
Directions
Heat oil, add ingredients, when a little crispy add 2 cups of water.
Boil for 15 minutes.
