Meatloaf in pepper rings

Ingredients
0.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Ground Pork0.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Veal, ground1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C)3.0 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh4.0 oz Colby & monterey jack cheese Kraft Natural cheese
Directions
375 f for 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients and spice to taste. Hold the peppers. On bake pan line up the pepper and smooth the mixture in the rings. Cook. When cooked. Broil 5 minutes.
