Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour1 tsp. salt2/3 cup Lard or Crisco1/3 cup cold Milk
Directions
Sift flour and salt together,
Cut in lard with a pastry blender
Stir in cold milk quickly with a fork.
Form two balls of dough and wrap in plastic wrap and chill 10 to20 Min. before rolling out.
