Ingredients
6 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 serving Green Onion (1/2 cup chopped) (by TXIVY10) 149 gram(s) Bell pepper, red, raw (1 cup chopped) (by SHAKATTACK) 1 cup Fresh Express Spinach 0.5 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh 1 tbsp SAN J Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce (by BMWRTMIKE) 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Brown and drain beef.
Return to pan, adding chopped veggies and corn, removed from cob.
Add spices and tamari.
Sauté then cover on low-medium for five or ten minutes.
Yum!
