No Fat Easy French Bread

Ingredients
1 tbsp Salt 6 tsp Fleischmann’s Yeast (instant dry yeast) 5.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 6 tsp Organic cane sugar 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Let yeast, sugar, and warm (110* or warm to touch) water sit 5 minutes in mixing bowl.
Add salt and two cups of flour. Mix until incorporated.
Leave mixer on and add remaining cups of flour. Extra flour may be needed until the dough no longer sticks to the side of bowl.
Mix until no longer sticks to bowl
Let rise for 15-30 min.
Kneed just to get the air pockets out, then shape into loaves. Long and skiny work, or big and round. You can also make bread bowls. Whatever you want.
Bake at 450* for 12-15 min.

Serving Size:�Makes 2 loaves of aprox 20 slices each
