Corned Beef Pie

Ingredients
1 Can Libby's Corned Beef1 Large Onion, Chopped8 Medium Gourmet yellow potatoes
Directions
Place corned beef in bowl and mash into small pieces with potato masher. Cut potoatoes into quarters and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes. Add chopped onion and cook until potatoes and onions are tender. Drain and mash in pot, leave chunky. Add corned beef and combine thoroughly.
