Mom's Anise Biscotti

Ingredients
mix low speed until just mixed. beat at medium speed 3 minutes. wrap in plastic refrigerate one hour (or freezer 30 minutes).On well floured surface, (dough will be sticky) make into two logs 10" x 3".Bake on Cookie sheet 20 minutes at 375 F. Slice into 3/4" slices put cut ends up. Bake 30 minutes longer or until light brown. Cool on wire racks.

Makes 24 - 30 cookies.
