Creamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida .5 cup Grapeseed Oil 1 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tbsp Honey .25 cup Orange Juice 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
In a blender, combine the oil, honey, garlic, avocado, and lime and orange juices, and season with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. The dressing will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 1 cup; 8 - 2 Tablespoon servings.
