8 serving Tumaro's low-in-carb 3.5 cup Hyvee refried beans spicy 450 gram(s) Beef, ground, 85% lean meat / 15% fat, raw, hamburger (by LYRICANJL) 8 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic
brown hamburger then add chopped onion and chopped garlic until onion is transparent, add beans and salsa. warm wraps in microwave for 1 minute. Put three tablespoons mix on wrap add shredded cheese if desired. roll up serve with rice or what ever side dish you choose.
