453 grams Cabbage, fresh 4 oz Pork, cured, bacon, raw 1 oz 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp Salt
Directions
1-shred cabbage
2-dice raw bacon and onion
3-put bacon and onion in a dutch oven and render down on medium heat.
4- once the bacon is rendered, add the cabbage and salt.
