2 cup Kroger Break-Free Egg Product 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 cup, sliced Zucchini .25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 8 oz Asiago Cheese, Shredded (by GINERETTE)
preheat oven to 425
line 9X12 dis h with wax paper
shred white and sweet potatoes and zuchini.. toss and make as the bottom layer in the 9 X 12
add all other veg ( i buy from the salad bar already chopped)
cover with a carton of shredded asiago cheese
pour over container of break free eggs
and kinda mash down a bit to make sure the egg productis squished in well.
bake for about 30 minutes
