4C Chicken Broth.5C onions.5C Carrots.5C Celery1 Can diced tomato12 OZ Halibut2 cups mixed vegetables or 2 cups brocolli
Bring all ingredients except brocolli and fish to a boil and simmer until carrots are soft. Add rocolli and fish and simmer for another 8 minutes until fish is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
