Tomato Fish Soup

Ingredients
4C Chicken Broth.5C onions.5C Carrots.5C Celery1 Can diced tomato12 OZ Halibut2 cups mixed vegetables or 2 cups brocolli
Directions
Bring all ingredients except brocolli and fish to a boil and simmer until carrots are soft. Add rocolli and fish and simmer for another 8 minutes until fish is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

    This is a good low fat/calorie dish. The great thing is that you can change it easily. Tomatoes INVITE hot sauces if you like them. Or cajun spices. Or both :) It's a very good basic recipe. - 9/29/08
