Caramelized Onion Quiche

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Butter, salted927.0 Grams Onions, raw1.0 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake1.0 tbsp Honey1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)1.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Caramelize onions in butter and oil; add fresh herbs if desired. Add honey towards the end of cooking. Cool completely. Spray a pie plate with cooking spray and line with unbaked pie crust. Fill with onion and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over filling. Bake until golden and puffy, around 40 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
