Healthy Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded (or shredded rotisserie chicken)1 can Ranch Style Bean, mashed (or refried beans) 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded 24 Corn Tortilla 2 tbsp Taco seasoning mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients except for tortillas in a medium bowl, set aside. On a flat surface, place a spoonful of mixture onto tortilla and spread down center. Roll up the tortilla to form the taquito, then place it on nonstick baking sheet, seam-side down. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all of your taquitos are prepared. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy.

Remove and serve immediately with guacamole, salsa and/or sour cream.
