Ingredients
8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 0.75 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 0.35 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 13 gram(s) Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop) 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 4 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 Serving(s) Maple extract 1 or more cups of ice
Directions
Mix everything in a blender. If you have glucomannan I add 1/8 tsp to help thicken! I have also added chopped pecans!
