Zucchini Meatloaf (gluten free)

Ingredients
454 grams Ground beef, lean 500 grams Zucchini 30 gram Oatmeal 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow Spices to taste: paprika, thyme, garlic, pepper steak mix, even Garam masala!
Directions
Process zucchini in food processor. Add meat and mix well. Pour into a large bowl and add all the remaining ingredients except for ketchup (or chili sauce) . Mix well. Pour into a loaf pan. Cover with tin foil. Cook for 40 minutes at 350F. Spread ketchup over the loaf and cook for another 20 minutes (uncovered) at 425F. Serving Size: 5 thick slices
