3.0 large Mushrooms, fresh0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil6.0 large Egg white, fresh2.0 serving Breakfast Best (Aldi) Turkey Sausage Links3.0 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin
Directions
Dice onions, potatoes, & mushrooms cook over med heat with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Heat sausage in microwave then cut into small pieces & mix in potato mix. Add egg whites. Cook thoroughly serve & sprinkle with cheese. Serving Size: Makes 3 servings
