My Classic Hamburger

  • Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients
1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef 1 large Egg1/2 cup chopped Onion1/4 cup Bread Crumbs1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce 2 clove Garlic 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, garlic, and teaspoon pepper until well blended. Divide mixture into three equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Lay burgers on an oiled barbecue grill over high heat and close the lid. Cook burgers until browned on both sides. Mine took 6 minutes on one side and a couple on the other side.

I also toasted the buns. These were really juicy and I had one that partially fell through the grate. Keep in mind, they fall apart easily. But these are so so good that it is so worth it.
