Cabbage and white beans soup

Ingredients
450 gram(s) Coleslaw - Compliments (1 bag)4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 3 stalk, large, Celery, raw 0.75 cup White kidney beans 1 tbsp Coriander seed 0.5 Lemons 3 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 64 oz water
Directions
In a large saucepan, sauté the cabbage, chives and celery. Add the spices and herbs. Pour water over and add the lemon (sliced) and the fish sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
