Spicy chipotle tomato soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.5 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips) 7 tomato Yellow Tomatoes 2 clove Garlic 4 fl. oz Sherry, dry 4 fl oz White Wine 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 serving 1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce (by SNAVELA1) 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano (by SUNSHINE_AB) 4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Chop bacon, partially cook, chop onion and sauté with bacon 15 min. Add chopped tomatoes ( 2 lbs) and garlic, cook 20 min stirring occasionally, add sherry and wine cook 5 min, add stock and simmer 15 min, stir in chipotle and oregano and 1 tsp salt. Purée and return to pot. Add cream and heat. Serve
