2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1.5 cup, whole Almonds 16 tbsp *Flax Seed 8 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 tsp Erythritol 2 cup Pumpkin seeds 2 cup trader joe’s organic unsweetened flake coconut
1. Crush or chop the mixed almonds into small pcs. or use thinly sliced its nicer texture.
2. In a large frying pan place 1 tablespoon coconut oil and cook the almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds until lightly browned. keep moving the nuts in the pan . they can burn easy.. keep them moving and watch them .
3. Add the Flax and Sesame seeds, they will pop for a min or two stirring constantly.
5 Remove from heat in a big bowl and toss with Erythritol Cinnamon mix well let cool and store in airtight container.
