Ingredients
1 serving yellow fleshed baby potato 4 potatoes (rustic cut)3 tbsp Onion I med yellow onion ( shredded)1 cup Chicken stock .5 serving Garlic (1 clove) diced1.5 serving Bell Pepper, Orange 1 Medium (julienned)
Directions
sautee garlic, bell pepper and onion in 1 tbs olive oil til cooked thru. Add chicken stock, potatoes and your choice of seasonings. Simmer 45 mins. Enjoy.
