Sausage, Ham, Mushroom, Cauliflower omelet with cheese

Ingredients
1 serving Egg Omelet/Scrambled (2 large whole eggs) .5 oz Diced Ham (Farmland fully cooked) (by WOODSYGIRL) 5 mushroom Mushrooms, cooked .5 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained .5 oz Cheese - Happy Farms Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese (1 oz per serving) 0.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
Directions
Brown sausage and ham. Add mushrooms and cauliflower crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a bowl. In a Seperate bowl mix 2 eggs and 1 tsp water. Spray pan with olive oil spray. Pour in egg mixture. Let cook until not runny. Add the meat and vegetable mixture. Fold omelet over and put cheese on top. Serve on plate. Very filling.
