Beef Lentil Chickpea Stew

Ingredients
12 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 tsp Celery seed 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1 tsp TaJin chili seasoning (by JDYDEL) 1.5 cup Lentils 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 5.5 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated Water to fill the pot
Directions
Brown the beef (do not drain the fat).

Peel and chop carrots and add to the beef. Cook for a little bit.

Add everything else, except Parmesan, to the pot and then add water to fill the pot completely.

Bring to a nice rolling boil. Turn down to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

At the end, mix in parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
