Chicken Fried Quinoa

3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 150 gram Quinoa, Organic (Nuts.com) 50g = 1.8oz (by AUSTINLOSER) 25 oz Chicken-Kirkland canned chicken breast 1 cup Libbys Whole Kernel Sweet Corn 0.5 cup Canned Carrots 2 serving canned sweet peas 2 tbsp Garlic powder .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 2 large Scrambled Egg
1) Cook quinoa as directed - either on the stove, in a rice maker, or in the microwave.
2) Fry up onion in a bit of oil
3) Remove onion and scramble eggs with .5 tspn of the soy sauce.
4) Remove eggs and then add chicken and veggies and water chestnuts to the wok/electric skillet and fry up. Add some soy sauce this this mix, but keep at least a TBSP in reserve. Then add the garlic powder and salt if you need too.
5) After this is heated, added the cook quinoa and fry up. After a few minutes add the scrambled eggs and the rest of the soy sauce.
Scramble until It reaches your level of "fried-ness"
