Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 9 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Pound chicken until thin. Dip in flour then egg back in flour and egg and then brown in pan lightly coated with Pam. Meanwhile mix 2 tbsp of flour with 2 tbsp lemon juice and mix until smooth. Add 1 can chicken broth. Pour mixture over browned chicken and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
