Kidney Bean and Lentil Soup

1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 2 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz. 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup Beans, red kidney 1 cup Lentils 1 cup White Rice, medium grain 3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 tbsp Canola Oil
Dice the onions and the pork chops before placing in the crock pot.
The oil keeps the ground turkey and pork from becoming dry. Everything else can be placed inside the crock pot. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients. Cook 8hrs. on high setting. Salt and pepper to taste.
