Ingredients
.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .08 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 tbsp Salsa - Tostitos Mild Chunky Salsa 1 serving Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g)
Directions
Sprinkle cheese on half of tortilla. Top with pepper. Fold in half, pressing down gently. Heat a medium skillet over low heat or an electric frying pan set on 375 degrees F. Heat in skillet about 3 minutes, turning once. Using a pancake turner, carefully turn the quesadilla. Make sure you turn it about halfway through the cooking time so the cheese melts evenly. Cut into triangles and serve.
