Stuffed peppers with Salmon & zucchini

Ingredients
400 grams Pink Salmon (canned) - drained 300 grams Zucchini 0.1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 large Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 medium Onions, raw
Directions
Mix all ingredients in the food processor- except for the pepper. Spices and herbs to taste. Chop peppers in half. Stuff with the salmon mixture. Cook in the oven at 400F for 45 minutes
