Gluten free buttermilk biscuits

Ingredients
0.75 cup Buttermilk, lowfat1.0 stick Butter, unsalted1.0 tsp Salt1.0 cup, stirred Soy Flour1.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Rice flour, white
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in the cold butter into the dry ingredients until well blended. Add buttermilk and just mix until wet. Do not over mix. Scoop batter onto pan leaving at least an inch between the biscuits. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Take out of oven and serve warm. Serving Size: 12
