2 cups baby spinach (washed)1/4 cup parmsean cheese (grate or shred yourself DO NOT use the powdered type)1/4 pine nuts2 tbsp Olive Oil5 leaves fresh basil1 tsp lemon juicewater added by tsp as needed
put all items in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water if you need to loosen it up. The lemon juice is to help it stay bright green not for flavor so don't add more. You can also toast the pine nuts for added flavor.
