1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.50 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 0.50 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 3 Tbs Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 1.5 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)

Mix all together in a mug and microwave for 1 min 40 sec!

    This is a great muffin to make for a single serving dessert. I used 1/2 tsp sugar instead of sweetener. This was a moist and soft cake like muffin and had lots of flavor. So quick to make and leaves temptation away from me. I still have pumpkin left over to make more desserts for later.
