Banana Pecan Bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour1/2 c sugar1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 c mashed banana1/2 c unsweet applesauce1 whole egg2 lg egg whites1/4 c pecans
Directions
Gather & mix wet ingredients first, then dry. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes. Makes 16 servings/slices
