Slow Cooker Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 T Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic , minced6 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw Chopped2 cup Clam Juice 3 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw, chopped1 dash Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper 12 oz Shrimp, cooked Peeled & deveined32 oz Cod (fish) 12 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated
Directions
Cook onion & garlic in Olive Oil. Add bacon. Add celery & carrots. Transfer to slow cooker. Add broth, clam juice, corn, potatoes. Season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, old bay seasoning, bay leaf, & thyme. Set cooker on high heat & cook 3-5 hrs. Add shrimp & cod fish. Cook 1 hr. Add evaporated milk & heat thoroughly. Serving Size: 19 (1C) servings
