Peanut Butter Cinnamon Mug Cake

1 serving Quest Protein Powder - Peanut Butter (by N0N3SEQUITOR) 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
In a bowl combine protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon together until fully combined. Add any sweeteners at this time.
Next pour in your wet ingredients, the egg whites and unsweetened vanilla almond milk and stir until combined and thick batter is formed.
Pour batter into a greased mug (I use nonstick cooking spray), and microwave for around 40-45 seconds give or take depending on how your microwave cooks.
Next, enjoy your creation!
