Jap Chae (Koren Stir Fry Noodles)

1 serving 6 oz sirloin steak 4 clove Garlic 3 tsp Splenda 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 4 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 10 oz Harusame Noodle (Dried Starch Noodle) (by BREW99) 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 oz Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted
In a bowl re hydrate shiitake mushrooms in hot water. Also In a bowl soak the bean threads ( starch noodles in hot water and let sit) Now combine beef with half of the minced garlic, 1 tsp sugar ( or spenda) 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and pinch of black pepper. Stir to combine and put into fridge to chill.
Heat your wok and then add olive oil and when it is hot add carrots, onion, and mushrooms until tender. Add remaining ingredients and toss while doing a quick stir fry. Drain noodles and add to stir fry. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
