Green Chile Enchilada Soup

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup carrots, chopped12 stalk celery, chopped2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 medium onion, diced4 tomato, diced6 tbsp Hatch Green Chile 2 zuccinni, chopped2.5 cup black beans, drained & rinsed 2 large potatoes, diced 2 sweet potato, diced 2 cup green beans, frozedn 3 cup Enchilada Sauce 8 cup Water, tap
Directions
Add cooked diced chicken to pot. Dice all vegetables except corn and beans and place in large soup pot with chicken broth, and water. Cook over high heat until bubbling, then lower heat and cook for 1-2 hours or all vegetables are done. Add beans and corn and cook another half hour. Serve hot.
