3 medium slices of bacon- crumbled1/2 cup Simply Potatoes Hashbrowns1.5 patty Goolsby Sausage-crumbled1 oz. Hormel Cure 81-in 1/4" dice 6 Eggs 2 tsp. butter
Cook the meats. Cook hashbrowns until crisp. Whip eggs in a bowl and add all ingredients except butter. Stir until thoroughly combined. Put the butter in a hot skillet and then add egg mixture to the pan. Scramble until thoroughly cooked but still moist. Remove from the skillet to a warm plate.
Serving Size: Approx. 1 cup-1/4th of recipe.
