Peach corn salsa

Ingredients
2.0 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Sweet Corn, Fresh3.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice4.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Boil corn and remove kernels from cob. Toss in a big bowl. Dice the 4 peaches, 1/2 red onion, jalapeņo (I remove the seeds and stuff). Add everything to the big bowl with the corn. Add a generous squirt of lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and enjoy. Keep in sealed container in fridge if leftovers.
