Zass' Easy Peasy Clam Chowder

12 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat 1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cans of baby (or chopped)clams with juice 1 can of corn 1 small Onions, raw 1 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, white 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw cooking spray
In a dutch oven/Large pot on medium heat, spray cooking spray, then add:
Chopped onions, garlic & celery and lightly sauté.
Then add remaining ingredients:
Milk w/can of water, soup w/can of water
corn, drained, clams with juice, carrots, & potatoes
Bring to boil, then lower temp to simmer until potatoes are soft season with salt & white pepper
Can also be done in slow cooker, 8 hours on low
Serving Size: Makes 8 12 oz (1.5 cup) servings
