3 oz. of flank steak1 low-carb tortillasHalf a bag of pre-made light ceasar salad1 tbsp. A1 steak sauce (optional)Salt and pepper (optional)
Add salt and pepper to season your raw steak as needed. Broil flank steak on either side until cooked through (watch carefully as flank steak is thin and cooks fast). Slice up the steak into chunks or thin strips. Prepare the bagged ceasar salad in large bowl. Add the steak and A1 steak sauce, toss lightly. Put the tortilla in a damp towel and microwave for 30 seconds to moisten it. Fill the tortilla with the salad/steak mixture and enjoy!
