Black Bean, Avocado, Chicken Filling for Pita

1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 3.75 oz Oscar Meyer Carving Board Rotisserie Chicken Breast 1 tbsp Salsa 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Rinse the black beans. Skin and de-seed the avocado. Mash the beans and avocado together with a fork to desired consistency (I like mine a little chunky). Add the salsa and squeeze the juice of half a lime into the mixture and add have a container of Carving Board chicken. Stir until combined. I store this in the fridge and then spoon out a serving into a baggie or tupperware container to take to work with me along with whole grain bread. (Tip: don't put the filling on the bread until you're ready to eat it - it can make the bread soggy if you wait too long).
