Ingredients
0.25 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (1/4 cup dry) 0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill C Buckwheat dry 1/4 cup (by CLARKBAR01) 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
Directions
Add two cups water to pan
Core apple, and cut into small bits. Add to water
Cook apples for about 10 min or until soft
Add grains. Stir. Bring to boil and turn off heat.
Let cool. Store in fridge overnight.
Cook on stove in the morning until hot. Grains will be softened overnight.
