Ingredients
1 pkg of Simple Truth Extra Firm Tofu (14.5 oz)1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Open the package. Drain the water out of the package. Put the tofu in a large skillet. Mash using a potato masher or spoon. Add salt and pepper. Cook on medium high until most of the remaining water in the tofu has cooked out if it, about 7-10 minutes. Taste test. Add more salt or pepper if desired.
