Chicken Rainbow Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded, skin and bones removed,1 bag Sweet mini peppers 2 Green Bell Peppers6 cups Chicken Broth, low sodium
Directions
(1) remove skin and bones from a deli precooked rotisserie chicken (2) shred / chop chicken (3) chop bell peppers and mini sweet peppers (4) mix chicken and peppers in a pot (5) add as much chicken broth as you want (6) bring to a bowl then reduce to a simmer (7) with lid on simmer for 15-20 minutes
