Cabbage, brussel sprout, tomato stir-fry

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 serving Birdseye's Brussel Sprouts-10 brussels sprouts 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 large Onions, raw 1 tbsp Citrus Ponzu (by REETAK) 1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
Directions
Saute all veggies together in olive oil. Add rice, ponzu and vinegar and heat thru just before serving.
