Vitamix Butternut Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Curry powder 8 oz Blue Diamond Almond Milk Almond Cashew Unsweetened 2 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
1. Place squash and cauliflower in a pot with vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
2. Meanwhile, core and chop apple into quarters.
3. Place all ingredients in Vitamix and use the soup setting to puree.
